We are so excited that 143 Exchange, founded in Cohasset, MA is joining the Just1Action non profit group. As a unique program the 143 Exchange's mission is to promote sustainable children's fashion in the South Shore MA communities, through cooperative clothing and footwear exchanges.

What is 143 Exchange?
The mission of the 143 Exchange is to create a vibrant community-driven clothing exchange that empowers families to share, reduce waste, and nurture a sustainable future; to extend the life of clothing and make significant strides in the reduction of textile waste and carbon footprint; and to ensure that families have access to essential items

How does it work?
We are a South Shore clothing swap community, specifically focused on children's clothing and shoes and maternity clothes. We take in gently loved clothing contributions throughout the year (see specific guidelines below), and we offer you to take new gently loved clothes for the upcoming season.
Because there are enough clothes in the world to clothe the entire population 3x over, all of our clothes are absolutely FREE,

We operate a small clothing shop in Rockland, MA, currently by appointment only. You can check out our appointment availability here.

How can I contribute to the 143 Exchange?
There are several ways you can help keep the 143 Exchange going. Because we are a 100% volunteer organization, we heavily rely on volunteers, financial donations and clothing contributions to continue to sustain our organization. We will happily accept any of your clothing contributions during our open hours (check social media current hours), and you do not need an appointment.
